Account Deletion Instructions – ChronosPA

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Open the ChronosPA App
   Log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings
   Tap the profile icon or navigate to the "Settings" section from the main menu.
3. Select "Delete Account"
   Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account."
   You will be asked to confirm your decision.
4. Confirm Deletion
   Read the warning about data loss.
   Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account.
5. Email Request (Alternative)
   If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at support@chronospa.app from your registered email address.
   Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Deleted Data: Your account information (name, email, profile picture), all your posts, goals, tasks, and activity data, notification preferences and app settings
• Retained Data: Minimal data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes, as required by law. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data (not linked to your identity) may be kept for app improvement.
• Retention Period: Upon confirmation of your account deletion request, your personal data will be scheduled for deletion from our active systems within 7 days. Please note that residual copies of your data may remain in our backup systems for up to 30 days, after which they will be permanently deleted as part of our regular backup purging process. Certain information may be retained for a longer period if required by law (e.g., for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution). In such cases, your data will only be used for these limited purposes and deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
